How do I place a wholesale order?

Do you have a minimum order value?
Yes — minimum order values apply and are outlined in our wholesale catalogue or on our wholesale platforms. This helps us maintain consistent quality and production standards.
What are your lead times?
Lead times vary depending on the product and order size. Most wholesale orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 weeks. Larger or bespoke orders may require additional lead time, which will always be confirmed in advance.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Our reed diffusers, pillar candles and Jesmonite homeware are produced in small batches, with each Jesmonite piece individually cast, finished and sealed by hand. As a result, slight variations are natural and expected.
How are wholesale orders packaged?
Wholesale orders are carefully packaged to ensure products arrive safely. Printed wall art is supplied with protective packaging, backing board and cellophane. Specific packaging details are outlined in our wholesale catalogue.
